Do you love working with teenagers?  Are you looking for a way to earn money and actively participate in your Unitarian Universalist faith?

The First Unitarian Church of Wilmington is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic adult to advise, support, facilitate and participate in our dynamic High School Youth Group.

Specifically, the Youth Group Coordinator will:

* Advise and support the High School Youth Group (9th – 12th grades), which meets weekly on Sunday morning. This will include: Sunday morning programming as well as planning and supervising off-hour youth activities such as overnights, camping trips, youth conferences, team building trips, and intergenerational events.
* Organize and participate in 1 monthly Middle School (6th – 8th grades) Youth Group social event.
* Work with the Director of Religious Exploration, YRUU Advisory Council and Youth Adult Committee to create a calendar of youth programs and activities for the year. 
* Guide and encourage youth leadership.
* Report directly to and work closely with the Director of Religious Exploration.

Applicants should have a solid familiarity with Unitarian Universalism. Administrative skills are important. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per month.
